Dersin Amacı

The Lean Production philosophy, which began in the 1950s at Toyota factories, is an important tool for productivity. The aim of the course is to teach how to eliminate inefficiencies—referred to as "muda" (waste)—in the workplace in order to develop efficient practices, and to equip students with the necessary skills to develop their mindset accordingly and take leadership roles in enterprises aligned with the Lean Philosophy.

This course covers lean terminology, detailed lean production techniques, real-world application examples, as well as lean management and industrial ergonomics.
