OCCUPATIONAL PROFILES OF GRADUATES
Our graduates have the opportunity to work in all factories in the food industry, food analysis and research and development (R&D) laboratories, catering firms and public sector. Graduates of the department will be able to become instructors at educational institutes that give food safety education for academic, professional or recreational purposes. In addition, graduates of the department have the opportunity to become researchers in all research centers in Turkey or around the world.
Our graduates of the Food Engineering Department will be equipped to take responsibility and be be employed in various positions. These positions are: food engineer; R&D (Research and Development) engineer; food manufacturing engineer; director in charge; quality control expert; food product sales manager; food microbiologist; food products consultant; food product development expert; packaging expert; food safety inspector; grain expert; dairy expert; meat expert; flavor chemist; natural product researcher; factory manager etc.
